Step 1 |
Look for your favorite items and put them into the shopping cart. |

After your selected items get placed into the cart, you may view all items in your shopping cart. You can also modify the order by clicking the “delete” button and select your items again. |

Review your shopping cart. Click the “Continue Shopping” button to keep on selecting your favorite items. |

When you finish shopping, click the “Checkout” button. Your order will be transferred to Cityline. |

If you are already a member of Cityline, simply enter with your login ID and password. For non-member, please log into the system by inputting all necessary information. |

You can either collect the items in person or by mail |

Review and Submit Your Order |

Check the accuracy of all the information, including item details, postage, total amount and your personal information, and make any necessary adjustments. Make sure all information is correct before clicking “Confirm” button to submit your order. The payment will be debited from your credit card. |

Once you place your order, a Confirmation page will be shown. Cityline will send you a confirmation email message. Transaction cannot be canceled after confirmation |

Mail Delivery / Collection In-Person |

For Mail Delivery , you will receive your items in 4-6 weeks. |
| 2. |
For Collection In Person , please print out the email confirmation after the order process as this will act as your invoice for collection.
HKIFF staff will inform you of the collection details by phone/ email within 3 working days after you place your order. Please bring along your email confirmation and credit card to collect your favourite items. |
